How do I book a session with Lida Visuals?
You can book through our online form or contact us directly. Once we receive your request, we’ll get back to you with availability and next steps.
Where are you based? Do you travel for shoots?
We’re based in Nairobi, Kenya, and we’re happy to travel for assignments – travel costs may apply.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Turnaround time depends on the type of shoot. Typically:
Headshots & portraits: 3–5 business days
Events: 5–7 business days
Fine art/branding: 7–10 business days
Rush delivery is available on request.
How do I receive my photos?
Final images are delivered via a secure online gallery or file-sharing platform. We can also provide physical prints or albums upon request.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
We understand things happen. We allow one free reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made late may incur a fee.
Can you help with styling or art direction?
Absolutely! We’re happy to guide you on wardrobe, styling, or location to ensure your shoot reflects your vision perfectly.
